Position Overview: We are seeking motivated and skilled Afghan women to contribute their professional work profiles to our platform. This is a remote opportunity that allows you to work from the comfort of your home while making a significant impact on your career and the community. Key Responsibilities:

Finance:

  • Prepare, review, and submit comprehensive financial reports, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections.
  • Collaborate with auditors and provide necessary documentation for audits and reviews.

Information Technology (IT):

  • Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, ensuring reliable and secure network operations.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software and hardware issues.
  • Implement and oversee data security measures to protect sensitive information.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance operational efficiency.

Human Resources (HR):

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and best practices.
  • Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
  • Oversee employee onboarding and training programs to ensure smooth integration and skill development.
  • Handle employee relations and provide support for performance management and disciplinary actions.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Coordinate and manage office operations, including scheduling meetings, organizing events, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Prepare and distribute internal and external communications, including memos, emails, and reports.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of administrative systems and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records, both physical and digital, for easy retrieval and reference.

Qualifications:

  • Afghan women with a strong desire to advance their professional careers.
  • Proficiency in English, Dari, and/or Pashto.
  • Proven work experience in fields such as finance, auditing, accounting, business development, IT, education, healthcare, or any other professional domain.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Access to a reliable internet connection and a computer.
